Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Attendant at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara to provide professional service in spa relaxation rooms, changing areas and public spaces. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and support safety and hygiene standards at a remote resort location.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in spa operations, housekeeping, or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in spa operations, housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in spa public areas, relaxation rooms, and changing areas.
• Provide refreshments, prepare spa towels, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure all spa equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment defects to the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
• Update the maintenance logbook and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Handle emergencies calmly and report incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
