Responsibilities

  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in spa public areas, relaxation rooms, and changing areas.
  • Provide refreshments, prepare spa towels, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure all spa equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment defects to the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
  • Update the maintenance logbook and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Handle emergencies calmly and report incidents promptly.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
