Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is seeking a guest-focused spa attendant to provide professional service in the spa relaxation room, changing areas, and public spaces. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety while assisting guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Role requires the ability to work in a remote resort location, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in spa operations or hospitality is advantageous.

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in spa public areas, relaxation rooms, and changing areas.
• Provide refreshments, prepare spa towels, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure all spa equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment defects to the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
• Update the maintenance logbook and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Handle emergencies calmly and report incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
