Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Specialist for the South Asia market. You will collaborate with Marketing, Solution and User Growth teams to generate and curate high-quality sales leads across channels, targeting potential customers for our Tech2B products.

You will grade and distribute leads to sales reps in a timely manner, joining a fast-growing startup with a global footprint and ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology-related business development, SDR/Inside Sales, or lead generation.
• Fluent in English to ensure smooth interaction with stakeholders.
• Comfortable with cold calling and delivering professional sales pitches in fluent English.
• Metrics-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
• Experience in a B2B environment, preferably with high-tech products/services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Conducting high level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly quotas of meetings generated and qualified opportunities.
• Developing sales skills, market understanding, solutions knowledge and customer approach.
• Attend training and coaching regularly and adopt proven selling methodologies.
