Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, supporting the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring food safety and cost controls, and contributing to menu development for luxury dining experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with traditional Emirati dishes, local ingredients, kitchen operations, and team supervision, with the ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of authentic Emirati and UAE traditional dishes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during service.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality, ingredients, and kitchen requirements.
• Support menu development and introduce traditional Emirati dishes when required.
• Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence.
• Minimize food waste and maintain effective portion and cost control.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef, or similar kitchen leadership position.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Emirati and traditional UAE cuisine.
• Good knowledge of Emirati ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
• Ability to lead and train kitchen staff.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Culinary qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury dining, resorts, or high‑end restaurants is preferred.
