The Sommelier will be responsible for creating and managing the fine dining wine list, as well as providing outstanding customer service in order to ensure a memorable dining experience for each guest.

The Sommelier must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to help our guests understand the nuances of different wines and to recommend selections that best suit their tastes. They should also be able to explain the various winemaking techniques used by our suppliers and how they affect flavor profiles. Additionally, the Sommelier must be able to effectively manage inventory and perform restocking duties in order to ensure that our selection is up-to-date and well-stocked at all times.
