Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate Sommelier to elevate our wine program in a luxury setting. You will curate a world-class list, advise guests on pairings, and lead staff training to uphold exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized wine program (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET)
• Deep knowledge of wines, regions, vintages, and pairings

• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Passionate, professional, and detail-oriented
