Job summary

RGH-Global | People Services is recruiting a Sommelier for a luxury private members’ club in Dubai. You will provide expert wine recommendations, deliver polished wine service, and build lasting relationships with members through personalised and knowledgeable service.

Ideal candidates have sommelier experience in high-end hospitality, a background in a private members’ club, five-star hotel, or premium restaurant, and strong wine/food-pairing knowledge.

• Work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams on food and wine pairings.

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join a luxury private members’ club in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about wine, understands refined hospitality, and enjoys building genuine relationships with members through personalised and knowledgeable service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Sommelier experience within high-end hospitality
• Background in a private members’ club, five-star hotel or premium restaurant preferred
• Strong wine and food-pairing knowledge
• Fluent English with confident and polished communication skills
• Professional, reliable and discreet in member-facing environments
• A warm, relationship-led approach to service
