Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai is searching for a Sommelier Supervisor to deliver an exceptional wine experience for members and guests. This role includes supervising wine service operations, managing the sommelier team, and ensuring quality in service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury settings, excellent English proficiency, and expertise in pairing food and wine. You'll control stock, manage wine listings, and uphold the Club's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support managing and leading wine sales and revenue.
• Control and manage stock and wine orders.
• Review and analyze sales for profitability.
• Ensure wine list is up to date.
• Handle wine-related requests and complaints.
• Monitor and manage glassware condition.
• Assist in developing wine marketing strategy.
• Keep operating costs to a minimum.
