ROKA Dubai is seeking a passionate Sommelier to elevate our guest experience with expert wine recommendations, elegant service, and meticulous cellar management. You will collaborate with Head Sommelier and FOH to ensure flawless wine service.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for culinary experiences and wine pairing.
• Proven experience as Sommelier in a luxury restaurant or similar.
• Natural team player who thrives in a large, fast-paced team.
• Friendly, customer-oriented and able to create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting wines that complement meals and preferences.
• Present and serve wine, open bottles, and explain food pairings.
• Track wine stock, restock cellar, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Drive quality of service and consistency in guest experience.
• Collaborate with Head Sommelier, bartenders and FOH for smooth service.

Your keyresponsibilities will include:

• Assistguests in selecting wines that complement their meals, considering theirpreferences and the restaurant's offerings
• Presentand serve wine, including opening bottles, decanting when necessary, andexplaining food pairings
• Supportin tracking wine stock levels, restocking the cellar, and ensuring properstorage conditions
• Toconsistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience toour guests
• Workclosely with the Head Sommelier, bartenders, and Front of House to ensuresmooth wine service and guest satisfaction
