Job summary

ROKA is seeking a Sushi CDP to join our vibrant Dubai restaurant. You’ll assist in preparing sushi ingredients, support the sushi team under senior chefs, and help maintain brand standards and smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sushi CDP in a luxury high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including cutting fish, preparing vegetables, and portioning ingredients, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support the sushi team with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring all dishes are prepared to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, while adhering to all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Consistently strive for quality of service and maintain excellence and consistency in the experience delivered to our guests.

As a ROKA Sushi CDP, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Roka experience.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:
