ROKA is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our contemporary Japanese Robatayaki kitchens in Dubai. You will help prepare ingredients, assist senior chefs, and uphold brand standards while maintaining station cleanliness and food safety.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including cutting fish, preparing vegetables, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support the team with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring all dishes meet brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, adhering to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.

First launched in 2004 inLondon, our collection has grown to include five venues in the Middle East inDubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Bahrain & Kuwait. Main Duties

Your keyresponsibilities will include:
