ROKA seeks a Demi Chef de Partie to be at the heart of our guest experience in a vibrant Japanese-robata setting in Dubai. You will assist with ingredient prep, cooking tasks, and maintain high hygiene standards as part of a dynamic team.

Qualificações

• Culinary passion and interest in Japanese cuisine.
• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a large team and deliver guest-focused dining experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing ingredients including chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Handle basic cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, or baking under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize workstations, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
