Job summary

ROKA Dubai is seeking a Sushi CDP to be at the heart of our guest experience. You will assist in preparing sushi ingredients, cut fish, prepare vegetables and portion ingredients to keep kitchen operations smooth.

Work with senior chefs to ensure dishes meet brand standards while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. You will thrive in a vibrant, high-volume luxury restaurant and help deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sushi CDP in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knife skills and ingredients prep
• Able to maintain brand standards and quality

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients including cutting fish, preparing vegetables and portioning ingredients.
• Support the sushi team with basic food preparation tasks under supervision of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and ensure hygiene standards.
• Contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences for guests.
