Has a good knowledge of all beverages beyond those stocked in the restaurant

What are we looking for?
Certified sommelier or successfully completed equivalent of WSET, Level 2 would be preferable
Solid knowledge of French and New World wines (South American and North American wines, in particular, would be an advantage)
Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideas
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning restaurant/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia
Fluency in either Russian, Arabic or Balkan languages would be an advantage.
