Job summary

Quvia is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the UAE to bridge customers and engineering teams, assess networks, and translate requirements into scalable designs. You will own the journey from qualification through proof of concept to production, mastering SD‑WAN, SDN, and multi‑vendor environments.

You will lead POCs, configure and test systems, and deliver customer value with automation and best practices, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and training teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of network engineering experience across terrestrial and/or satellite communications

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to assess customer networks and convert requirements into tailored designs with measurable outcomes
• Design, test and deploy multi-path traffic orchestration across satellite and terrestrial environments
• Lead end-to-end POCs: define success criteria, design, install, configure and test systems
• Use scripting and DevOps practices to streamline solution delivery
• Act as a technical advisor on terrestrial and satellite systems and present health metrics to stakeholders
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and handoff
