Job summary

Cisco Systems UAE is seeking a senior Leader of Solution Engineering to guide architectural strategy across AI/GenAI, software, mobility, and data center solutions for the UAE and Middle East region. You will lead a high-performing team, mentor engineers, and drive Cisco's technology vision in close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in solution engineering or technical leadership roles.
Strong architectural vision across AI, GenAI, mobility, software, and data center solutions.
Hands-on design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent people and stakeholder management across levels.
Leadership certifications.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Experience in the Telecom Middle East & Africa region.
Public speaking and executive briefing experience.
Mentoring and developing technical talent.
