Job summary

Cisco UAE is seeking a Leader of Solution Engineering for the UAE/Middle East to guide architectural strategy across AI, GenAI, software, SP mobility, data center solutions, and more. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, align Cisco's portfolio with regional digital transformation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win customer success.

Fluency in English and Arabic, plus a strong track record in technical leadership and a B.Sc.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent).
Proven leadership experience in a Solution Engineering or Technical Leadership role.
Strong architectural vision and expertise in AI, GenAI, mobility, software, and data center solutions.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent people and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.
Leadership certifications is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
