Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design and lead AI-powered customer experience solutions at enterprise scale in Dubai. This full-time on-site role focuses on delivering scalable, secure architectures and measurable business outcomes.

You will guide technical teams, define integration patterns across Genesys Cloud, AI services, and enterprise systems, and contribute to presales with reference architectures and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery.
• At least 3 years focused on AI or CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Cloud architecture patterns and integration tech (REST/GraphQL, event streaming, identity/security).
• Experience leading architecture design sessions and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Industry experience in telecoms, financial services, or airlines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for customer programs.
• Review and approve technical designs produced by project teams.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design sessions with customers.
• Design AI use cases and data integration patterns with governance considerations.
• Advise customer technical stakeholders on architecture decisions and trade-offs.
• Contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, and mentor consultants.
