Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 7 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• At least 4 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations, including 2 as Solution Architect or Functional Lead and 1 in the last 2 years.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR and Absence Management, plus involvement with Talent Management modules and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for government, semi-government, and private-sector clients in the UAE.
• Own solution architecture and drive delivery from design through go-live and post-go-live support.
