Job summary

AceNet seeks an experienced Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent Management & Payroll) to lead end-to-end implementations for government, semi-government, and private clients in the UAE.

The role requires hands-on leadership to own architecture, guide consultants across multiple projects, and ensure design quality from design through go-live and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including 7+ years with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• At least 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations involving Talent Management and Payroll.
• 2+ implementations as Solution Architect or Functional Lead within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and own solution design documents across Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Design and configure Talent Management modules including Performance, Goal, Career Development, Succession, Learning, and Recruiting.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, retroactive pay, costing, and GL transfers; lead parallel runs and payroll validation.
• Configure absence plans, accruals, entitlements, workforce structures, position management, approvals, security.
