Job summary
Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the UAE to own technical delivery from deal close to production. You will drive architecture, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, while guiding pre-sales cycles and ensuring best practices.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise/financial services, plus blockchain/Web3 experience, strong security and cloud skills, and fluent English. Arabic desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise or financial services delivery.
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3, or with Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Software development experience and hands-on technical mindset.
- Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production.
- Define enterprise customer setup with Fireblocks APIs and security architecture.
- Lead complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule.
- Codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery in the Middle East.
- Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
- Support pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.
- Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
