Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect to own the technical delivery of ME region implementations for banks and financial institutions. From deal close through production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

You will also contribute to strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win deals and delivering scalable reference architectures and playbooks for enterprise deployments in the UAE and wider Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies; knowledge of Banks/Financial Institutions is a plus.
• Software development mindset with hands-on technical capabilities.
• Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
• Deep enterprise architecture understanding and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic desirable.

Here's The Bit About The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect in our EMEA Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the ME region's largest Banks and Financial Institutions. From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver.

You'll Be

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered
• Defining enterprise customers' setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across the Middle East
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
• Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
• Experience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks, Financial Institutions, or enterprise financial systems. One is a must, both is a strong advantage
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English with Arabic being desirable
