Job summary

Fireblocks in the UAE is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end delivery of deployments for regional banks and financial institutions. You will own architecture design, integration, and production rollout on customer infrastructure, and contribute to pre-sales with technical insights.

You will guide complex integrations across core banking, custody, and tokenisation, while codifying reference architectures to scale delivery across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise/financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or enterprise financial systems.
• Hands-on software development mindset.
• Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
• Solid enterprise architecture knowledge and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery from deal close through production.
• Define setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery in the Middle East.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction.
