SAP Dubai invites you to join the SAP Next Gen - Academy for Customer Success as a Solution Advisor. You’ll participate in a 10-month program, gaining hands-on exposure to customer discovery sessions, executive briefings, and software demonstrations that showcase SAP’s value.

You will learn across industries, collaborate with a global team, and receive mentorship while you advance your skills in AI-focused solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
• Exposure to relevant technologies/solutions and customer-facing skills.
• Cooperative and productive approach to working relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes/industries.
• Proficiency in English to engage with a global network.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month program strengthening the foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
• Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from all over the world and acquire a wide variety of business, industry and SAP solution skills.
• Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers to gain real-world experience and guide Digital Transformation journeys.
