Job summary

SAP is seeking a Solution Advisor for SAP CX to support the sales cycle, answer product questions, and extend the SAP footprint in key accounts. This role requires deep solution expertise, the ability to present compelling demonstrations, and collaboration with the Account Team to drive adoption and renewals across strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Professional experience with large software/IT organizations preferably in a solution-specific segment.
• SAP product experience and/or 10 years of relevant solutions/Lines of Business experience
• Working knowledge of Cloud Hosted Services and SaaS/PaaS models in B2B environments.
• Viewed as a solutions/LOB/Industry expert across SAP with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers.
• Deliver standard and customized demonstrations that illustrate SAP's value to customers.
• Support Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify new opportunities.
• Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine pursuit investments and renewals.
• Collaborate with the team to craft account strategy and competitive differentiation.
• Transition engagements to implementation partners/Services teams effectively.
• Engage with customers to maintain the vision of SAP solutions and drive renewals.
