Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Product Quality Engineer (Solar PV) to oversee QA, reliability testing, and manufacturing standards for photovoltaic products. You will analyze processes, lead failure analysis, and manage supplier relationships with OEMs.

The role requires a strong engineering background and 8–12 years in Solar PV manufacturing quality, with hands-on SPC, EL/IV testing, and certification experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a engineering field relevant to PV QA.
• 8–12 years in Solar PV quality assurance in manufacturing or with Tier-1 suppliers.

Responsibilities

• In-process quality control across PV module assembly lines.
• Lead failure analysis and 8D investigations on defects.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 61215/61730, UL and local regs.
• Apply SPC and process capability to drive improvement.
• Manage technical relationships with suppliers and OEMs.
