Job summary

Larsen & Toubro seeks a meticulous Civil Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to oversee quality assurance and control for civil and structural works on utility-scale Solar PV projects in Dubai.

The role requires 6–10 years of QA/QC civil experience with at least 2 years on utility-scale solar. You will implement QMS/PQP/ITPs, supervise piling tests, conduct site inspections, manage NCR/CAPA, and prepare comprehensive QA/QC handover packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 6-10 years of dedicated QA/QC civil engineering experience.
• At least 2+ years on utility-scale Solar PV projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), Project Quality Plan (PQP), and ITPs for civil works.
• Supervise piling operations and conduct pile load tests to ensure structural compliance.
• Perform daily field inspections of earthworks, grading, drainage, and concrete.
• Identify, document, and manage NCRs; track CAPA progress and effectiveness.
• Review RFIs, maintain QA/QC checklists, and compile final handover documentation.
