Job summary

Remotedxb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to oversee daily solar inspection operations across multiple markets. You will ensure projects are inspection-ready before AHJ and utility inspections, and lead schedulers, technicians, and support staff.

You will monitor pass rates, drive quality standards, and develop KPIs for inspection performance and cycle times, while partnering with permitting, installation, electrical, and sales teams to maintain smooth

Qualifications

• Residential solar inspection experience required.
• 1 Leadership or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential solar construction, permitting and inspections.
• Experience with AHJs and utility providers.
• Proficiency with CRMs and scheduling platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong understanding of residential solar construction, permitting, and inspections
• Experience working with AHJs and utility providers
• Proficiency with CRMs and scheduling platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Inspection Manager or Operations Manager experience
• Electrical, permitting, or quality control background
• NABCEP certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience supporting multi-state solar operations
