Job summary

PLS Energy in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Solar Site Engineer to supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems, ensuring safety and project compliance.

You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients, and ensure timely reporting and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise daily site activities and installation of solar PV systems.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Supervise electrical cable laying, mounting structures, solar panel installation, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
• Identify and resolve technical issues at the project site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks before project handover.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.

• Supervise daily site activities and installation of solar PV systems.


• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, Mounting Solar Trackers weekly, and monthly reports.


• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are maintained.


• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.


• Supervise electrical cable laying, mounting structures, solar panel installation, inverter installation, and system commissioning.


• Identify and resolve technical issues at the project site.
