Job summary

Remotedxb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to oversee daily solar inspection operations across multiple markets. You will ensure projects are inspection-ready before AHJ and utility inspections, and lead schedulers, technicians, and support staff.

You will monitor pass rates, drive quality standards, and develop KPIs for inspection performance and cycle times, while partnering with permitting, installation, electrical, and sales teams to maintain smooth

Qualifications

Residential solar inspection experience required.
1 Leadership or management experience required.
Strong knowledge of residential solar construction, permitting and inspections.
Experience with AHJs and utility providers.
Proficiency with CRMs and scheduling platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily inspection operations across multiple markets.
Ensure projects are inspection-ready prior to AHJ and utility inspections.
Manage, coach, and develop inspection schedulers, technicians, and support personnel.
Monitor inspection pass rates and implement quality control standards.
Establish and track KPIs related to inspection performance and cycle times.
Partner with permitting, installation, electrical, and sales teams to maintain project flow.
Communicate with AHJs, inspectors, and utility providers.
