Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a company delivering sustainable solar lighting and advanced battery solutions across commercial, industrial and government sectors. A Sales Manager is sought to drive growth by expanding key accounts, developing strategic partnerships and increasing market penetration for the client’s solar lighting and battery product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 38 years of sales experience in solar batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with distributors, contractors, EPC companies or institutional customers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business development plans.
• Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
