Job summary

First Star Computer in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Software Sales Specialist focusing on CAD & BIM solutions. You will collaborate with senior sales leaders on enterprise deals while independently closing mid-tier software sales, renewals, and upgrades across the AEC sector.

You will manage client proposals, pipeline, and forecasts, conduct discovery calls and value presentations, and maintain strong relationships to secure renewals and cross-sell modules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful B2B software sales experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or CAD/BIM software platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and consistently achieve quotas.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leadership on enterprise-level deals while independently managing and closing mid-tier software sales, subscription renewals, and upgrades across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Deal Support: Co-sell alongside senior sales leadership on high-value accounts, managing client proposals, follow-ups, and commercial execution.
• Pipeline Management: Prospect, qualify, and close software license and subscription deals across the region.
• Renewals & Account Expansion: Maintain active engagement with existing clients to secure timely annual renewals and cross-sell additional software modules.
• Discovery & Demonstrations: Conduct initial discovery calls and value presentations for prospective engineering, architecture, and design firms.
• CRM & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline data, deal stages, and sales forecasting within the CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of successful B2B software sales experience.
• Technical Familiarity: knowledge of AutoCAD or any CAD/BIM software platforms.
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
