Job summary

Tasleeh Facility Management is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple residential and commercial towers in Dubai. You will ensure cleaning quality, conduct site inspections, coordinate manpower, and supervise Cleaning Supervisors to maintain service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, field-based travel between sites, and the ability to address client feedback and implement corrective actions promptly to meet company and client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cleaning Management, Housekeeping, Facilities Management, or a similar role.
• Previous experience managing cleaning operations across multiple buildings or sites.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/residential cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Proven ability to supervise and manage Cleaning Supervisors and large teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good reporting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a field-based role and travel between multiple sites.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple towers and sites.
• Conduct regular and unannounced site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and standards.
• Supervise and guide Cleaning Supervisors and ensure effective team performance.
• Monitor manpower, attendance, deployment, and cleaning schedules.
• Identify service and quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Handle client feedback and cleaning-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff performance, uniform, grooming, and workplace conduct.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
• Train and advise Supervisors and cleaning teams on cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare regular site inspection and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, and site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform other duties related to cleaning operations as assigned by management.
