Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to plan manpower deployment across multiple sites and manage daily and monthly workloads. The role includes coordinating long-term and short-term projects, ensuring quality service and timely completion, and handling staff issues with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in facility management or cleaning operations.
• Hands-on experience in general and specialized cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning machines, tools, chemicals.
• Experience in manpower scheduling and supervision.
• Ability to source additional manpower when required.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong English and Hindi/Urdu communication.
• Customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and manage manpower deployment daily and monthly across sites.
• Coordinate manpower for long-term contracts and short-term projects.
• Liaise with customers to ensure service quality and site cleanliness.
• Handle staff issues including attendance, performance, overtime, and shortages.
• Supervise cleaning teams on-site and allocate tasks during shortages.
• Ensure jobs are completed within scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Train staff on SOPs and proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools and machines.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and site staff.
• Prepare basic operational reports on manpower deployment and site performance.
