Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Dubai, requiring prior experience in the real estate sector. The Social Media Specialist will manage PSI’s social media channels, including planning, creating, and scheduling content that highlights properties, services, and market updates. The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring engagement and analytics, and optimizing content based on performance data. The specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between online messaging and current listings, promotions, and brand initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include community management, responding to inquiries and comments, staying current with social media trends, and maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with proven experience in real estate-focused campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, including familiarity with campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex property information clearly and professionally in written and visual formats.
• Relevant experience in the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai, and understanding of local property trends and regulations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights, LinkedIn, TikTok, scheduling platforms) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an asset.
