Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a target-driven real estate professional to assist clients with buying, selling and renting residential properties. You will understand client requirements, present suitable options, and guide negotiations through closing.

You will leverage networks, referrals, and digital channels to generate leads, manage listings, and maintain client records, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver a smooth, compliant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling and renting residential properties.
• Advise on locations, pricing, market trends, payment plans and developments.
• Generate leads, manage follow-ups, and coordinate negotiations through to documentation.
• Maintain accurate property listings and client records; stay informed on market developments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Assist clients with buying selling and renting residential properties Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings presentations and consultations Advise clients on locations pricing market trends payment plans and available developments Build and maintain relationships with buyers landlords investors and international clients Generate business through company leads referrals networking prospecting LinkedIn and other digital channels Manage client follow-ups offers negotiations and transaction documentation Maintain accurate and updated property listings and client records Stay informed about new projects property values and market developments Work closely with sales marketing listings mortgage admin and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, business development, luxury retail, banking, automotive, hospitality, or other client-facing sales roles preferred.UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.Confident in dealing with local and international clients and investors.Strong networking and relationship-building ability.Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.Ability to generate leads independently through networking, referrals, calls, and social media.Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.Bachelor's degree preferred.

Candidates currently based in the Dubai or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi may apply.
