Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi, focused on working with Russian, Mandarin, and Arabic-speaking clients. The Property Advisor will guide clients through property sales and leasing processes, including identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, and providing detailed market information. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free real estate experience from first contact through closing. Daily tasks include preparing and updating property listings, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and staying informed about current market trends and investment opportunities. The position is commission-based, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation, networking, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including fluency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic, and proficiency in English.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with property brokerage, leasing processes, and local UAE real estate regulations.
• Candidates should possess Investments and Finance awareness, with the ability to explain property investment options, returns, and basic financial concepts to clients.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting targets and closing deals in real estate or related fields.
