LEX Markets, Dubai-based, seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to lead its social presence across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and more. You will work on-site in Dubai, collaborating with Marketing, Design, Content, Product and Compliance to grow brand awareness and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in social media or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of Forex/CFD markets, copywriting and content planning.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs and financial-market terminology.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of LEX Markets across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and other relevant platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong social media experience combined with a solid understanding of Forex, CFDs and financial markets.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Design, Content, Product and Compliance teams to build brand awareness, grow our community and create engaging market-focused content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute LEX Markets' social media strategy.
• Manage social media channels and maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars covering market insights, trading education, campaigns, platform features and brand content.
• Develop content ideas, captions, briefs and concepts for posts, Reels, Stories, videos and other formats.
• Monitor financial-market trends and identify relevant social media content opportunities.
• Work closely with designers, video editors and content creators to deliver high-quality content.
• Manage community interactions, including comments, messages and mentions.
• Identify and manage relevant trading influencers, creators and financial educators.
• Support paid social campaigns, creative testing and performance optimization.
• Track key metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions and ROAS, where applicable.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all content follows LEX Markets' brand guidelines and applicable compliance requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, preferably within Forex, CFD, FinTech, trading or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs and financial-market terminology.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong copywriting, content planning and creative briefing skills.
• Experience with Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram.
• Understanding of social media analytics, performance reporting and paid social campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
• Experience with influencer or creator marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
