LEX Markets, Dubai-based, seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to lead its social presence across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and more. You will work on-site in Dubai, collaborating with Marketing, Design, Content, Product and Compliance to grow brand awareness and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in social media or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of Forex/CFD markets, copywriting and content planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, preferably in Forex/FinTech/financial services.
• Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs and financial-market terminology.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong copywriting, content planning and creative briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy.
• Manage social media channels with consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars covering market insights, education, campaigns and brand content.
• Develop captions, briefs and concepts for posts, Reels, Stories and videos.
• Monitor market trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and creators to deliver high-quality content.
• Manage community interactions and influencer relationships.
• Support paid social campaigns and performance optimization.
• Track metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions and ROAS; prepare performance reports.
