VALOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Marketing Head to drive growth in the Dubai Forex CFD market. You will lead digital campaigns, brand-building, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and partnerships to generate high-quality leads and boost ROI.

The role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. A strong track record in financial services marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Forex CFD marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• Proven track record in digital marketing lead generation and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Forex CFD products.
• Plan, launch and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost-effective acquisition.
• Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing and social media initiatives.
• Build and strengthen the company brand across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead conversion and ROI.
• Monitor campaigns with analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
• Build relationships with affiliates, IBs, influencers and partners.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives within the Forex CFD trading industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in digital marketing lead generation brand building and campaign management specifically in the Forex CFD sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Forex CFD products
• Plan launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Google LinkedIn and other advertising platforms
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost-effective acquisition strategies
• Lead SEO SEM content marketing email marketing and social media initiatives
• Build and strengthen the company s brand presence across digital platforms
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead conversion
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities
• Build relationships with affiliates Introducing Brokers IBs influencers and strategic partners
• Lead mentor and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex CFD marketing Mandatory
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
• Strong understanding of Forex trading CFDs financial markets and online trading platforms

• Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills
