ZOI Creatives in Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage daily posting, scheduling and engagement across client brands on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

You will work with design and content teams to plan calendars, brainstorm reels and campaigns, and monitor performance with basic analytics. English is essential; Arabic is a plus. A proactive, organized candidate with strong copywriting will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably at an agency.
• Proficient on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent copywriting and English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative eye for content, visuals and storytelling.
• Organised, proactive and eager to share ideas.

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and engagement across social media platforms.
• Handle multiple client accounts while keeping each brand's content fresh and relevant.

• Keep up with the latest trends, platform updates and what other brands are doing.
• Work closely with our design and content teams to bring ideas to life.
• Plan content calendars and make sure everything goes out on time.
• Track social media performance, prepare reports and suggest ways to improve.
• Help coordinate influencer collaborations and other brand activities.
• Make sure content stays consistent with each brand's identity and tone of voice.

Requirements
