Michael Page is seeking a Social Media Lead for a growing wellness brand in Abu Dhabi. You will shape strategy across Instagram and TikTok, own the editorial calendar, and craft engaging short-form content that educates and inspires healthy living.

You will script, film and edit content, build a vibrant online community, and manage creator partnerships to deliver credible storytelling with measurable impact.

• Proven experience managing social media for a consumer, wellness, lifestyle, retail or editorial-led brand.
• Strong storytelling and editorial skills; ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
• Excellent English copywriting; hands-on video experience with short-form formats (scripting, filming, editing).

Description

Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, driving brand awareness and community growth. Own the editorial calendar, creating a balanced mix of wellness education, lifestyle storytelling, community-led content and product features. Create engaging short-form content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels and platform-specific campaigns. Research, script, film and edit content that translates complex wellness topics into accessible and engaging narratives. Build and nurture an active social community through thoughtful engagement, conversations, polls, Q&As and user-generated content initiatives. Collaborate with founders, wellness experts, creators and internal stakeholders to deliver authentic and credible brand storytelling. Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from briefing and content review through to delivery and reporting. Monitor performance metrics including engagement, reach, retention, saves and shares, leveraging insights to optimise content and social growth strategies.

Profile

Proven experience managing social media for a consumer, wellness, lifestyle, retail or editorial-led brand. Demonstrated success in developing content strategies that drive engagement, audience growth and community participation. Strong storytelling and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling, audience-friendly content. Excellent English copy writing skills with a warm, engaging and brand-conscious communication style. Hands-on experience creating short-form video content, including scripting, filming and editing. Proficiency with social content and creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, social media analytics and current digital content trends. Highly organised and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
