Job summary

Comco Middle East & Africa in the UAE is seeking a Social Media & Content Associate to organize and manage the client's social media presence, from planning to final publishing. You will coordinate content shoots and craft captions to keep the account polished across platforms.

The role requires 1–3 years in social media or related fields, strong writing and communication skills, a good eye for visuals, and the ability to meet deadlines independently. Canva familiarity is a must.

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Associate who is organised, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented. Main role is to manage the client's social media presence from planning and community management to content shoots and final publishing.

What You'll Do

1. Social Media & Community Management

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Respond to comments, inquiries and messages, and engage with the community.
• Repost relevant Stories and content.

2. Content Planning

• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Write or refine captions and social media copy, keep content fresh and engaging.
• Prepare moodboards and references for upcoming content.

3. Shoot & Content Coordination

• Coordinate content shoots with doctors, trainers and other client representatives.
• Prepare shoot schedules, shot lists and content requirements.
• Be physically present at shoots to coordinate and make sure the right content is captured.

4. Quality Control

• Review all content before it goes to the client or is published.
• Check copy, visuals, branding, formatting and overall quality.
• Maintain a polished and consistent look across the account.

5. PR & Account Support

• Support the PR/account team with content, research, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow projects through from briefing to execution.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in social media, PR, communications, content or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good visual sense and understanding of social media.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality-control skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
