Landmark Group’s CSi unit seeks a Marketing / Social Media Executive to drive Shukran’s social media presence. You will craft strategy, manage calendars, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Digital Performance teams to align social efforts with broader marketing goals.

You will plan engaging content, coordinate across teams, and focus on growing audience, engagement, and brand visibility across Instagram, Meta, and Google platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Google platforms.
• Experience in managing social media calendars and campaign execution.
• Good understanding of organic and paid social media strategies.
• Ability to brief creative/content teams and coordinate asset development.
• Strong written communication skills with engaging captions and platform-first content.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking social media performance and preparing reports.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Creative thinking with awareness of digital trends and audience engagement tactics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute Shukran’s social media strategy across Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and support visibility across Google platforms where relevant.
• Build and manage the monthly/quarterly social media and media calendar in line with the overall marketing calendar.
• Identify opportunities to increase Shukran’s reach, engagement, follower base, and brand visibility.
• Translate marketing campaigns, festive calendars, promotions, and business priorities into platform-specific social media plans.
• Work closely with the content creation team to plan and deliver engaging content formats such as posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and campaign assets.
• Coordinate content requirements, briefs, timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Ensure all social media content is aligned with Shukran’s brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
• Support campaign launches and promotional activities across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and audience behavior to improve content and engagement.
• Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and user interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Explore new content ideas, influencer collaborations, and engagement-led initiatives to build a wider audience base.
• Track and analyze key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimization.
