Qualifications

• Experience creating and editing Instagram Reels.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor trends, reels, and social media algorithms to adapt content strategy accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community presence online.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Manage paid social media campaigns when required (in collaboration with digital team or agency).
• Support event and campaign coverage in real-time via stories, lives, and posts.
