Job summary

Business Baker, a digital marketing agency in Dubai, is seeking a Social Media Executive who will grow into a strategist. You will manage day-to-day social media for client brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat, shaping content strategy while handling posting and community tasks.

You will collaborate with designers, videographers, and the paid media team to boost content and turn insights into actionable plans for each brand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing social media for brands, at an agency or in house.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Excellent written English and a natural feel for tone of voice
• A good eye for visuals and short form video
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and a scheduling tool
• Organized, creative and comfortable juggling several brands

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars with clear themes, formats and goals for each client
• Write captions and brief our designers and videographers on posts, Reels, Stories and short videos
• Schedule and publish content, and make sure every account stays active and on brand
• Manage comments and messages, and pass enquiries or complaints to the right person quickly
• Track trends, audio and platform updates, and turn them into ideas that fit each brand
• Research audiences and competitors to support content strategy
• Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries, with clear recommendations
• Work with our paid media team when content needs to be boosted or turned into ads
