Nexreq Consultancy LLC in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. You will create reels, captions, scripts, and short videos while coordinating with leadership to align campaigns with company goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong copywriting skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and short-form video content.
• Experience creating reels, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create recruitment, employer-branding, company-culture, and business-focused content.
• Support content creation for Nexreq’s Dubai operations and leadership team.
• Write professional captions, hooks, short scripts, and social media copy.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content when required.
• Monitor current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
• Engage with followers, comments, and direct messages.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall content performance.
• Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports.
• Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and leadership teams for campaigns and content.
• Maintain consistent Nexreq branding, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
• Research competitor activity and social media trends across the UAE and GCC.
• Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and short-form video content.
• Experience creating reels, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content-creation platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to independently manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred

• Previous UAE experience.
• Experience working with recruitment, staffing, HR, B2B, or professional-services brands.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Experience supporting founder or executive personal branding.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
