Job summary

ITP Media Group is seeking a social media assistant to manage accounts, craft on-brand posts, and support campaign execution from our Dubai office. You will create basic social edits, captions, and static content for posts, stories and covers, while coordinating with content and design teams to source assets.

On-site presence is required five days a week. Experience with video editing, resizing assets, and monitoring engagement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Working knowledge of basic graphic design tools.
• Basic short-form video editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts with consistent, on-brand posting
• Plan and execute a regular content calendar aligned with campaign priorities
• Produce basic social edits, captions, resizing and creative touch-ups
• Design static content for posts, stories and covers
• Edit basic short-form video for reels and stories
• Monitor engagement and platform performance, flagging trends
• Liaise with content and design teams to source assets
