Job summary

Solutions Leisure Group in Dubai is seeking a Social Media Executive to develop visually compelling content and strengthen our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more. You will plan, shoot, edit videos and graphics, manage content calendars, engage with audiences, and collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and timely campaigns.

The role also involves attending events and shoots to capture live content, coordinating with influencers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, videography or related field.
• Proficiency with photo/video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tell stories visually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative multimedia content including photos, videos, graphics and animations that align with the brand.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more.
• Collaborate with Social Media team to brainstorm content that drives engagement and meets goals.
• Design assets like graphics, memes, stories, and promotional content to boost interaction.
• Assist with content calendars and ensure alignment with campaigns and brand objectives.
• Stay current with trends in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Create and maintain a content library for efficient production and publishing.
• Monitor audience feedback and engage with comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors when needed.
• Attend events/photoshoots to generate live on-site content.
